George Childs is the owner and partner of the firm, bringing more than 40 years of dedicated legal experience serving families in Cobb County and throughout Georgia. Partner
Jessica Childs Rhoades is a compassionate family law attorney dedicated to serving families in Cobb County and throughout Georgia. With a strong background in juvenile defense and child welfare advocacy, she is committed to helping children and parents navigate some of life’s most difficult legal challenges with care, empathy, and clarity.
Ms. Rhoades serves as an Advocate Attorney for the Cobb County Circuit Defender’s Office, where she represents both children and parents in dependency, termination, and delinquency matters. She has extensive experience guiding clients through every stage of the juvenile court process while ensuring their rights are protected.

In addition, Jessica handles a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and modifications. She also serves as a guardian ad litem, bringing a trauma-informed and child-centered approach to every case.
